The Letter to the Hebrews Chapter 13 V- 15 and 21

15 Through him [then] let us continually offer God a sacrifice of praise, that is, the fruit of lips that confess his name. 16 Do not neglect to do good and to share what you have; God is pleased by sacrifices of that kind. 17 Obey your leaders and defer to them, for they keep watch over you and will have to give an account, that they may fulfill their task with joy and not with sorrow, for that would be of no advantage to you. 18 Pray for us, for we are confident that we have a clear conscience, wishing to act rightly in every respect. 19 I especially ask for your prayers that I may be restored to you very soon. 20 May the God of peace, who brought up from the dead the great shepherd of the sheep by the blood of the eternal covenant, Jesus our Lord, 21 furnish you with all that is good, that you may do his will. May he carry out in you what is pleasing to him through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever [and ever]. Amen.

Hebrews 13:15-21 offers a profound message of encouragement and assurance for believers. In these verses, the author emphasizes the importance of worship and the expression of faith through our actions. Verse 15 encourages us to continually offer a sacrifice of praise to God, recognizing that our gratitude and worship are vital components of our relationship with Him. This act of praise is not merely a ritual but a heartfelt response to His unwavering love and grace.

As we move into verses 16-21, we are reminded that our faith extends beyond personal devotion; it is also reflected in our love for others and our commitment to good works. The passage underscores that God is pleased when we share from our abundance and serve those in need, aligning our actions with His will. This is a powerful reminder that our faith is not a private affair but rather a communal journey towards fulfilling God’s purpose.

The concluding verses of this passage reassure us that the Lord, described as the God of peace, will equip us with everything good to accomplish His will. This promise is a source of great comfort, affirming that as we trust in Him and seek to live out our faith, He will provide us with the strength, resources, and guidance necessary to fulfill His plans for salvation.

In a world often filled with uncertainty, these verses remind us that the Lord of love, faith, and hope is actively at work within us and through us. As we embrace this truth, we can step forward with confidence, knowing that He is with us every step of the way. Amen.

Join me as we pray our daily prayer of forgiveness. The Lord’s Prayer.

At the Savior's command and formed by divine teaching, we dare to pray:

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name; thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. Deliver us, Lord, we pray, from every evil, graciously grant peace in our days, that, by the help of your mercy, we may be always free from sin and safe from all distress, as we await the blessed hope and the coming of our Savior, Jesus Christ. For the kingdom, the power and the glory are yours now and forever. Amen.

I am sorry Lord. I believe You died and rose for me. Please forgive me as I forgive others. I share You as my Lord and Savior seeking to live your Will in all things. Prayers for wife Toni and my mother Betty pray for our children especially our two oldest Alexandra & Allen Son in Law Mark Stern; Julian, Gabriel and Jeffrey and our grandchildren Oliver, Julian and Elliott. We pray for those we’ve said we’d pray for and those who’ve asked us to pray for them. We pray for the dying as we do each day Lord give them peace in their last breath. We pray for Holy Mother Church. Our prayers for our niece Brittany. The Soul of my sister-in-law Carmen. Death Uncle Donald. In Jesus Precious Blood by His Name we pray. Amen.

Ephesians 6:17-20

02-08-2025 Hebrews 13 v1521

**That You May Do His Will**

In the quiet dawn, our voices rise,

Hearts lifted high, a sweet sacrifice,

With grateful tongues, we sing His grace,

The Lord of love, in His warm embrace.

Through every trial, His peace we find,

Equipped for good, with purpose aligned,

In love we serve, our hands extend,

Reflecting the hope that will never end.

For every blessing that He bestows,

In acts of kindness, His mercy flows,

With faith as our anchor, we boldly stand,

Guided by His all-sustaining hand.

So let us draw near, with hearts so true,

Trusting the One who makes all things new,

In Him, our Savior, our souls rejoice,

In every moment, we lift our voice. Amen.
