The Letter to the Romans Chapter 8 Verse 31 thru 39

31 What then shall we say to this? If God is for us, who can be against us? 32 He who did not spare his own Son but handed him over for us all, how will he not also give us everything else along with him? 33 Who will bring a charge against God’s chosen ones? It is God who acquits us. 34 Who will condemn? It is Christ [Jesus] who died, rather, was raised, who also is at the right hand of God, who indeed intercedes for us. 35 What will separate us from the love of Christ? Will anguish, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or the sword?36 As it is written: “For your sake we are being slain all the day; we are looked upon as sheep to be slaughtered.” 37 No, in all these things we conquer overwhelmingly through him who loved us. 38 For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor present things, nor future things, nor powers, 39 nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Romans 8:31-39 beautifully encapsulates the unbreakable bond between God and His children, emphasizing the profound truth that nothing can separate us from His love. In these verses, the Apostle Paul boldly states that if God is for us, who can be against us? This rhetorical question reminds us that, regardless of the challenges we face—be they trials, adversities, or the temptations of life—God's unwavering support stands firm. His love is not conditional; it does not fluctuate based on our circumstances or failures.

Paul further proclaims that no accusation can stand against us because it is God who justifies. This assurance underscores the grace extended to us through Jesus Christ. Despite our shortcomings, His forgiveness is always available, a testament to His relentless mercy. When we stumble, instead of condemnation, we find grace waiting to embrace us, reminding us that we are never beyond redemption.

The passage culminates in a powerful declaration that neither death nor life, angels nor demons, present nor future, nor any powers can separate us from the love of God. This relentless love is a fortress, a source of hope in uncertain times. As we navigate life's storms, we can find solace in the truth that God's presence is a constant source of strength and encouragement.

In moments when self-doubt or fear tries to creep in, let us rest in the assurance that God will never deny us. His grace is sufficient, and His joy is our strength. Regardless of where we find ourselves, we are enveloped in the loving arms of our Savior. Amen.

Join me as we pray our daily prayer of forgiveness. The Lord’s Prayer.

At the Savior's command and formed by divine teaching, we dare to pray:

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name; thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. Deliver us, Lord, we pray, from every evil, graciously grant peace in our days, that, by the help of your mercy, we may be always free from sin and safe from all distress, as we await the blessed hope and the coming of our Savior, Jesus Christ. For the kingdom, the power and the glory are yours now and forever.

I am sorry Lord. I believe You died and rose for me. Please forgive me as I forgive others. I share You as my Lord and Savior seeking to live your Will in all things. Prayers for wife Toni and my mother Betty pray for our children especially our two oldest Alexandra & Allen Son in Law Mark Stern; Julian, Gabriel and Jeffrey and our grandchildren Oliver, Julian and Elliott. We pray for those we’ve said we’d pray for and those who’ve asked us to pray for them. We pray for the dying as we do each day Lord give them peace in their last breath. Novena day Nine for the repose of the soul of Jeff Hagin. RIP. We pray for Holy Mother Church. Our prayers for our niece Brittany. In Jesus Precious Blood by His Name we pray. Amen.

Ephesians 6:17-20

10-30-2025 Romans 8 v3139

**Nothing Can Separate Us From the Love of God**

When trials rise and shadows loom,

A voice declares, dispelling gloom,

“If God is for us, who stands tall?

What fear can claim us, if He calls?”

With love unmatched, He chose our fate,

In Christ we stand, through grace, so great.

No power of darkness, nor earthly strife,

Can separate us from His Promise of eternal life.

Accuser’s whispers may threaten near,

Yet through the Blood, we need not fear.

For Christ, our Savior, bore our blame,

And in His triumph, we share His name.

Through peril, sword, or fiery trial,

We conquer all, empowered to smile.

For every storm that seeks to break,

Our hearts hold fast; His promise, we stake.

In heights of heaven or depths below,

In space where love and mercy flow,

No angel’s gaze, nor fate’s cruel hand,

Can sever ties to our promised land.

So let the world with rage contend,

For nothing here can bring an end.

With love that binds, our spirits soar,

Forever anchored, forevermore. Amen.
