The Gospel of Mark Chapter 4 V- 21 and 25

21 He said to them, “Is a lamp brought in to be placed under a bushel basket or under a bed, and not to be placed on a lampstand? 22 For there is nothing hidden except to be made visible; nothing is secret except to come to light. 23 Anyone who has ears to hear ought to hear.” 24 He also told them, “Take care what you hear. The measure with which you measure will be measured out to you, and still more will be given to you. 25 To the one who has, more will be given; from the one who has not, even what he has will be taken away.”

Mark 4:21-25 speaks to the importance of revelation and accountability, emphasizing that nothing hidden will remain concealed. This passage served as the guiding motto for my congressional campaign in 2012, a journey that took me through the scenic Florida Keys and vibrant South Miami. As I met and greeted people in the name of the Lord, I aimed to embody the message that ordinary Americans should step up to serve, challenging the status quo of career politicians.

In a political landscape often shrouded in secrecy and self-interest, I believed it was crucial to bring transparency to the forefront. My campaign sought to demonstrate that the voice of everyday citizens could—and should—be heard in political discussions. While I did not win the election, garnering 6,663 votes as an Independent was a testament to the desire for change and a reflection of the faith I put in our community.

Throughout my campaign, I often remarked that while "the Devil has his hand in politics," it is ultimately "the Trinity that runs the truth of Salvation and Life Eternal." This belief drove my mission to advocate for a government that reflects the values of its people, rather than the interests of a powerful few. I engaged with constituents, shared their stories, and listened to their concerns, believing that every voice matters and deserves to be amplified.

Though my campaign did not yield the outcome I had hoped for, the experience reaffirmed my commitment to serving the community and championing truth in politics. The lessons learned during that time continue to inspire my advocacy for transparency, integrity, and the belief that every citizen has a role to play in shaping the future of America. Amen.

At the Savior's command and formed by divine teaching, we dare to pray:

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name; thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. Deliver us, Lord, we pray, from every evil, graciously grant peace in our days, that, by the help of your mercy, we may be always free from sin and safe from all distress, as we await the blessed hope and the coming of our Savior, Jesus Christ. For the kingdom, the power and the glory are yours now and forever. Amen.

I am sorry Lord. I believe You died and rose for me. Please forgive me as I forgive others. I share You as my Lord and Savior seeking to live your Will in all things. Prayers for wife Toni and my mother Betty pray for our children especially our two oldest Alexandra & Allen Son in Law Mark Stern; Julian, Gabriel and Jeffrey and our grandchildren Oliver, Julian and Elliott. We pray for those we’ve said we’d pray for and those who’ve asked us to pray for them. We pray for the dying as we do each day Lord give them peace in their last breath. We pray for Holy Mother Church. Our prayers for our niece Brittany. The Soul of my sister-in-law Carmen. In Jesus Precious Blood by His Name we pray. Amen.

**Nothing is Secret Except to Come to Light**

In shadows deep, the truth will shine,

A lamp upon the heart's design,

No secret held, no lie concealed,

In light of faith, our fate revealed.

With open hands, we share our light,

A beacon in the darkest night,

For those who hear and seek to find,

The whispers of a loving mind.

The measure we give, so shall we see,

The bounty of our sincerity,

When hearts are full and spirits soar,

The truth of love forevermore.

So let us walk with courage bold,

In every story yet untold,

For in the light, we stand as one,

In faith and hope, our journey's begun. Amen.
