The Gospel of Mark Chapter 3 Verse 20 thru 29

20 He came home. Again [the] crowd gathered, making it impossible for them even to eat.21 When his relatives heard of this they set out to seize him, for they said, “He is out of his mind.” 22 The scribes who had come from Jerusalem said, “He is possessed by Beelzebul,” and “By the prince of demons he drives out demons.” 23 Summoning them, he began to speak to them in parables, “How can Satan drive out Satan?24 If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand. 25 And if a house is divided against itself, that house will not be able to stand. 26 And if Satan has risen up against himself and is divided, he cannot stand; that is the end of him. 27 But no one can enter a strong man’s house to plunder his property unless he first ties up the strong man. Then he can plunder his house. 28 Amen, I say to you, all sins and all blasphemies that people utter will be forgiven them. 29 But whoever blasphemes against the holy Spirit will never have forgiveness but is guilty of an everlasting sin.”

In Mark 3:20-29, we encounter a pivotal moment in Jesus' ministry that highlights the tension between earthly understanding and divine reality. In this passage, Jesus faces intense scrutiny from the religious leaders who accuse Him of casting out demons by the power of Beelzebul. Jesus counters their accusations with wisdom, illustrating that a kingdom divided against itself cannot stand. He then reveals a profound truth about the Holy Spirit, emphasizing the grave warning against blaspheming the Spirit—a sin that carries eternal consequences.

This passage serves as a crucial reminder that, regardless of the sins we may have committed or the harsh words we may have spoken, all will be forgiven except for the blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. Every harsh remark, every moment of doubt, can find redemption through sincere repentance and faith in Christ. The essence of salvation lies in recognizing the boundless grace of God, who desires to forgive and restore.

The Holy Spirit plays an essential role as the connection between heaven and earth. He is not only our comforter and guide but also the very presence of God alive within us. In the gift of the Holy Spirit, we find a bridge to divine truth, illuminating our path towards salvation and communion with God. When we embrace this relationship, we can experience profound transformation, moving from a posture of opposition to one of acceptance and love.

Therefore, let us celebrate the Holy Spirit, honoring His role in our lives. May we choose to align ourselves with His leading, ensuring that we do not stray into the territory of blasphemy, but rather, embrace the grace that eternally forgives. Amen.

Join me as we pray our daily prayer of forgiveness. The Lord’s Prayer.

At the Savior's command and formed by divine teaching, we dare to pray:

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name; thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. Deliver us, Lord, we pray, from every evil, graciously grant peace in our days, that, by the help of your mercy, we may be always free from sin and safe from all distress, as we await the blessed hope and the coming of our Savior, Jesus Christ. For the kingdom, the power and the glory are yours now and forever.

I am sorry Lord. I believe You died and rose for me. Please forgive me as I forgive others. I share You as my Lord and Savior seeking to live your Will in all things. Prayers for wife Toni and my mother Betty pray for our children especially our two oldest Alexandra & Allen Son in Law Mark Stern; Julian, Gabriel and Jeffrey and our grandchildren Oliver, Julian and Elliott. We pray for those we’ve said we’d pray for and those who’ve asked us to pray for them. We pray for the dying as we do each day Lord give them peace in their last breath. We pray for Holy Mother Church. Our prayers for our niece Brittany. In Jesus Precious Blood by His Name we pray. Amen.

Ephesians 6:17-20

**Blaspheme of The Holy Spirit Will Never Have Forgiveness**

In the heart of a bustling town,

Where whispers and shadows danced around,

Came Jesus, weary from acts of grace,

Healing the broken, love’s warm embrace.

The crowd pressed close, with unease in eyes,

Family murmurs, the truth they disguise.

“Behold, He’s gone mad!” they started to say,

As the Son of God turned night into day.

Yet scribes from afar, in judgment they came,

Claiming true power rests in a different name.

“Look at this man, casting out demons,

By Beelzebul’s might, his darkened heathens!”

But Christ stood firm, His voice like a sword,

“Divisions, my friends, would lead to discord.

A house that is divided cannot survive,

Only in unity can our hopes truly thrive.”

He spoke of the strong, and their fragile hold,

Plundering treasures both daring and bold.

The thief must be bound before plunder begins,

To claim what is lost from the depths of our sins.

Then came the promise, a grace unconfined,

For sins unrepented, forgiveness we find.

But blasphemy’s shadow looms large in the light,

To turn from the Spirit? Oh, that is the spite.

So heed now this warning, this powerful plea,

The gift of redemption is offered for free.

Embrace the true Wisdom, let love be your guide,

For in unity’s arms, we all shall eternally abide. Amen.
