The Book of Psalms Chapter 111 v- One thru Three
1 Hallelujah! I will praise the LORD with all my heart in the assembled congregation of the upright. 2 Great are the works of the LORD, studied by all who delight in them. 3 Majestic and glorious is his work, his righteousness endures forever.
Psalm 111:1-3 reverberates with profound reverence and gratitude, urging us to praise the Lord for His wondrous works and unfathomable greatness. This psalm begins with a call to worship: “Praise the Lord! I will give thanks to the Lord with my whole heart, in the company of the upright, in the congregation.” These words remind us of the sacred community gathered in faith, reflecting the beauty of unity in Christ.
In this communal setting, we experience the Real Presence of Jesus, truly and substantially present in the Eucharist. As I partake in the Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity of Christ, I am nourished in a way that transcends mere physical sustenance. This sacramental communion instills in me a profound connection to the divine and to my brothers and sisters in faith. Just as the psalmist praises God’s mighty deeds, I, too, am called to acknowledge the miracle that unfolds during the Eucharistic celebration.
The greatness of the Lord is evident in the gifts bestowed upon us, especially in the sacrament of the Eucharist. Each time I receive the Eucharist, I am reminded of Christ’s ultimate sacrifice and His enduring presence among us. The psalmist’s declaration that “His righteousness endures forever” resonates deeply as I recognize that the nutrition I receive in the Eucharist strengthens my spiritual journey and deepens my faith.
In this “company of the upright,” I find solace and encouragement, reminding me that I am not alone in my faith journey. Together, as the Body of Christ, we celebrate and embody the love and grace that Jesus offers us. Through the Eucharist, I am empowered to live out my calling, sharing His love and light with the world. Amen.
Join me as we pray our daily prayer of forgiveness. The Lord’s Prayer.
At the Savior's command and formed by divine teaching, we dare to say:
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name; thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Deliver us, Lord, we pray, from every evil, graciously grant peace in our days, that, by the help of your mercy, we may be always free from sin and safe from all distress, as we await the blessed hope and the coming of our Savior, Jesus Christ. For the kingdom, the power and the glory are yours now and for ever. Amen.
I am sorry Lord. I believe You died and rose for me. Please forgive me as I forgive others. I share You as my Lord and Savior seeking to live your Will in all things. Prayers for wife Toni and my mother Betty pray for our children especially our two oldest Alexandra & Allen Son in Law Mark Stern; Julian, Gabriel and Jeffrey and our grandchildren Oliver, Julian and Elliott. We pray for those we’ve said we’d pray for and those who’ve asked us to pray for them. We pray for the dying as we do each day Lord give them peace in their last breath. We pray for Holy Mother Church. Our prayers for our niece Brittany. In Jesus Precious Blood by His Name we pray. Amen.

Ephesians 6:17-20
10-11-2024 Psalm 111 V-0103
**Majestic and Glorious is His Works**
With all my heart, I lift my voice,
In the gathered crowd, we rejoice.
Among the upright, we stand as one,
In worship and praise, our hearts are spun.
O Lord, Your works are wondrous and bright,
In every moment, You’re our guiding light.
The depths of Your wisdom, a treasure untold,
In the stories of old, Your love unfolds.
Your greatness, O God, forever shall last,
In awe, we remember the miracles past.
With gratitude flowing, we sing and we share,
In the warmth of Your presence, we find solace there.
In this sacred assembly, we’re drawn near,
To the Body and Blood, our Savior is here.
Nourished by grace, His soul intertwines,
In the heart of the faithful, His love brightly shines.
So let us give thanks, with hearts open wide,
For the gifts of the Spirit, our faithful guide.
In the company of those who seek and believe,
We find strength in His promise, in Him we receive.
Praise the Lord, let our voices resound,
In the joy of His presence, true peace can be found.
With each act of love, each prayer we impart,
We honor the One who dwells in our heart. Amen.
