The Gospel of Matthew Chapter 5 v- 14 and 16

14 You are the light of the world. A city set on a mountain cannot be hidden. 15 Nor do they light a lamp and then put it under a bushel basket; it is set on a lampstand, where it gives light to all in the house. 16 Just so, your light must shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your heavenly Father.

Meditating every day on the Light of Christ and keeping it on a Lamp stand for the whole world to see Jesus can have various effects on your mind. Here are some possible outcomes:

1. Increased focus and concentration: Regular meditation allows you to train your mind to stay focused on a specific object or concept, such as the Light of Christ. This can enhance your ability to concentrate and maintain mental clarity throughout the day.

2. Heightened spiritual awareness: By consistently meditating on the Light of Christ and making it visible to others, you may experience an increased sense of spiritual connection and awareness. This can lead to a deeper understanding of Jesus' teachings and a stronger sense of purpose and meaning in your life.

3. Enhanced compassion and empathy: Meditating on the Light of Christ can cultivate a sense of love and compassion towards others. As you strive to make Jesus visible to the world, you may develop a greater capacity for empathy, kindness, and understanding towards those around you.

4. Reduced anxiety and stress: Meditation has been shown to have a calming effect on the mind and body. By focusing on the Light of Christ and keeping it visible for others, you may experience a decrease in anxiety and stress levels. This can promote overall mental well-being and emotional stability.

5. Improved resilience and inner strength: Regular meditation on spiritual concepts can help develop inner strength and resilience. By consistently keeping the Light of Christ on a Lamp stand, you may find yourself better equipped to face life's challenges with faith, hope, and courage.

It's important to note that the effects of meditation can vary from person to person, and individual experiences may differ. Additionally, the impact of meditation on one's mind can be influenced by various factors such as personal beliefs, prior experiences, and the consistency and depth of the practice. Keep the Light of Christ visible and God will show you the world of Salvation as Life Eternal becomes truly seen. Amen.

I share You as my Lord and Savior seeking to live your Will in all things. Prayers for wife Toni and my mother Betty pray for our children especially our two oldest Alexandra & Allen; Julian, Gabriel and Jeffrey and our grandchildren Oliver, Julian and Elliott. Kairos 56. We pray for those we’ve said we’d pray for and those who’ve asked us to pray for them. We pray for the dying as we do each day Lord give them peace in their last breath. We pray for Holy Mother Church. Prayers for a friend and his wife for a baby to be born. In Jesus Precious Blood by His Name we pray. Amen.

World’s light God’s illumination are you

Mountain top city hidden never concealed

Lamp lit hide not under basket true

Lampstand it resides center of house always revealed

You too shine light for others

Before the world deeds good seen

Father heavenly glorified without druthers

Life Eternal given everyone pristine
