The Book of Psalms Chapter 103 v- 19 thru 22

19 The LORD has set his throne in heaven; his dominion extends over all. 20 Bless the LORD, all you his angels, mighty in strength, acting at his behest, obedient to his command. 21 Bless the LORD, all you his hosts, his ministers who carry out his will. 22 Bless the LORD, all his creatures, everywhere in his domain. Bless the LORD, my soul!

Psalm 103 is a poetic expression of praise and gratitude, highlighting the mercy and sovereignty of our God. Verses 19-22 encapsulate the themes of divine authority and the call for all creation to worship the Lord.

Verse 19 states, "The Lord has established his throne in heaven, and his kingdom rules over all." This verse emphasizes God's supreme authority and the eternal nature of His reign. Unlike earthly rulers, whose power is often fleeting, God's kingdom is everlasting and encompasses all creation. This assurance invites believers to trust in God's sovereignty, knowing that He governs the universe with justice and wisdom.

Verses 20-21 shift the focus to the heavenly hosts and the angelic beings who serve God. "Praise the Lord, you his angels, you mighty ones who do his bidding, who obey his word." Here, the psalmist calls upon angels to join in the chorus of worship, acknowledging their role as servants who carry out God's will. This invitation highlights the interconnectedness of God's creation—both the heavenly and earthly realms are called to glorify Him.

Finally, verse 22 broadens this call to include all that God has made: "Praise the Lord, all his works everywhere in his dominion." This verse serves as a reminder that every aspect of creation, from the smallest creature to the vast cosmos, has a role in declaring God's glory. It emphasizes that worship is not limited to humans but is a universal response to the Creator's greatness.

In summary, Psalm 103:19-22 encourages believers to recognize God's sovereign rule and to participate in a collective act of worship with all of creation, celebrating His mercy, power, and the intricate relationship between the divine and the world. Amen.

Join me as we pray our daily prayer of forgiveness. The Lord’s Prayer.

At the Savior's command and formed by divine teaching, we dare to say:

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name; thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Deliver us, Lord, we pray, from every evil, graciously grant peace in our days, that, by the help of your mercy, we may be always free from sin and safe from all distress, as we await the blessed hope and the coming of our Savior, Jesus Christ. For the kingdom, the power and the glory are yours now and for ever. Amen.

I am sorry Lord. I believe You died and rose for me. Please forgive me as I forgive others. I share You as my Lord and Savior seeking to live your Will in all things. Prayers for wife Toni and my mother Betty pray for our children especially our two oldest Alexandra & Allen Son in Law Mark Stern; Julian, Gabriel and Jeffrey and our grandchildren Oliver, Julian and Elliott. We pray for those we’ve said we’d pray for and those who’ve asked us to pray for them. We pray for the dying as we do each day Lord give them peace in their last breath. We pray for Holy Mother Church. Our prayers for our niece Brittany. In Jesus Precious Blood by His Name we pray. Amen.

Ephesians 6:17-20

10-02-2024 Psalm 103 V-1922

**Praise the Lord My Soul**

In heaven high, the throne is set,

The Lord reigns firm, we can't forget.

His kingdom vast, over all it stands,

With justice firm in mighty hands.

O angels bright, with voices clear,

Join in the song, draw ever near.

You mighty ones who heed His call,

In unity, let praises fall.

With wings of light, on missions sent,

You bear His word, your lives are lent.

In every whisper, every deed,

You echo grace, fulfill His creed.

O all His works, from sea to shore,

Creation sings forevermore.

From mountains high to valleys wide,

In every heart, His love abides.

So let us lift our voices high,

With every breath, our praises fly.

For in His reign, our hopes align,

In every moment, His love divine.

Together, then, let all proclaim,

The endless glory of His Eternal Name.

In heaven's court and earth's embrace,

We find our joy in His sweet forgiving grace. Amen.
