The Book of Sirach Ch 13 v- 24 thru 25
24 Wealth is good where there is no sin; but poverty is evil by the standards of the proud. 25 The heart changes one’s face, either for good or for evil.
In a world often plagued by greed and corruption, the concept of wealth can be viewed with skepticism and disdain. However, it is crucial to recognize that wealth itself is not inherently evil. In fact, when acquired through honest means, without sin or immoral practices, wealth can be a force for tremendous good. When individuals strive to create an honest living, utilizing their skills and talents to generate wealth, they not only improve their own lives but also contribute positively to society as a whole. It is through such virtuous pursuits that wealth can be a catalyst for progress, philanthropy, and the betterment of the world around us. Here’s a poem that reflects this fact of Redemption living to give goodwill by the smile of Salvation you wear on the face of truth. Amen.
Honest Wealth from Salvation
In the realm of existence, where dreams unfold,
There lies a power, more precious than gold.
Honest wealth, a treasure that can't be measured,
For it resides within, where souls are treasured.
A healthy soul, nurtured by truth's embrace,
Shines brightly, illuminating every space.
With Salvation's touch, it finds eternal peace,
A sanctuary where worries and fears cease.
In this sacred realm, goodwill takes its stand,
A guiding light, a beacon so grand.
For when we live with love, our hearts entwined,
The harmony of truth becomes defined.
And on our faces, a smile does arise,
A reflection of the love that never dies.
It radiates with grace, a gentle hue,
A testament to the goodwill we truthfully pursue.
For honest wealth is never purposely stealth,
It unveils the secrets of life's inner health.
It lies within the truth we choose to live,
A gift of love that we have come to give.
So let us strive to live a life so true,
Embracing Salvation, in all that we do.
May our souls be healthy, our hearts be strong,
And honest wealth guide us where we belong.
With smiles of love, and grace upon our face,
We'll manifest the beauty of truth's embrace.
For in this realm, where goodness is unveiled,
Honest wealth and souls forever prevail. Amen.
Join me as we pray our daily prayer of forgiveness. The Lord’s Prayer.
At the Savior's command and formed by divine teaching, we dare to say:
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name; thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Deliver us, Lord, we pray, from every evil, graciously grant peace in our days, that, by the help of your mercy, we may be always free from sin and safe from all distress, as we await the blessed hope and the coming of our Savior, Jesus Christ. For the kingdom, the power and the glory are yours now and for ever. Amen.
I am sorry Lord. I believe You died and rose for me. Please forgive me as I forgive others. I share You as my Lord and Savior seeking to live your Will in all things. Prayers for wife Toni and my mother Betty pray for our children especially our two oldest Alexandra & Allen Son in Law Mark Stern; Julian, Gabriel and Jeffrey and our grandchildren Oliver, Julian and Elliott. We pray for those we’ve said we’d pray for and those who’ve asked us to pray for them. We pray for the dying as we do each day Lord give them peace in their last breath. We pray for Holy Mother Church. Our prayers for a little boy named David Alexander. Praise God thank You Jesus. Brittany. In Jesus Precious Blood by His Name we pray. Amen.
